Medication administration certification course

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Medication Administration Course trains Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and independent providers to safely administer medications and complete approved health-related activities. The program is divided into three levels of certification:

Medication Administration Certification (Levels 1, 2, 3) is intended for:

  • Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

  • Independent Providers

Other unlicensed staff working with individuals with developmental disabilities
